listening to: "nightgoat" by the *fucking* melvins

Courtney cuntbag Love is getting ripped off from every direction it seems, and I say right on. Her staff has been charging things like BMWs on her credit cards, and even her dogwalker was making $100k without her knowledge. Yay, and yay again, you delusional murdering talentless junkie witch. I feel sorry for the child but she'll be able to write a book about the whole bloody mess one day which will sell a mint... too bad about all the psychological (and genetic) damage though. When I was friendly with the Melvins they made no bones about suspecting (put lightly) her of killing Kurt.

Anyway, above are a few pics from the Imperial War Museum, I especially like the people sitting and chilling out in the shadow of a V2 missile, Germany's favorite during WW2 and the little dickens directly responsible for blasting the shit out of London. The serpent engulfs its tail. Unfortunately the shots of Sue next to a bomb and curled up in a submarine's sleeping quarters did not turn out well at all. I hope Grace's pictures of us came out better!

One for the yanks: Granny D. She already walked all the way from California to DC (and even wound up in hospital at one point) and has just embarked on another trip to help America's poor and less educated register to vote, helping them feel like they have a voice and they can make a difference. If we can get rid of Bush and empower the "underclasses" in 2004 things can only get better. Caffeine makes me so fucking optimistic! Derry is listening to Alannis Morisette! Isn't it ironic? Not! ;)

MEET WOOLLY!!!

We passed Woolly in the window of Save The Children (charity shop) everyday last week and I said "we have GOT to rescue him!" and so today, we did! He cost all of £1.45 (odd figure) and the best part was when the old charity shop lady lifted him and he went "BAAAAHHHHHHHH!" so loud that everyone in the shop spun around to see what the hell the weird sound was. Woolly rules!

listening to: "elevator" by jaffa (herbaliser remix)

Eat a lamb for Jesus, and gobs of chocolate while you are at it. I guess that's Easter in a nutshell for some people; for me it was laying on my bed with a bag of frozen fruit wrapped around my ankle. This will hopfully not become a tradition in the Wootton household! The trouble started when D and I went hiking in Arundel last month and I was bad and wore THE WRONG TRAINERS. They have no support whatsoever and I should have known better. I have a trick ankle, as you see (that means it's fucked up basically). Anyway, many weeks later Suey, Grace (her kewl mum) and I get together and go to the Imperial War Museum (the holocaust exhibit is horrifically necessary), then that night me & Sue go to the Garage to see Four Volts (nee Bunsen Honeydew) who were great, so I spent about 18 hours walking, walking, walking the brutal streets of Londontown. Passed out on her couch. With an ankle brace on. Bad move. During my sleep my ankle swelled up and was restricted by the brace (does anyone really need to know this?), and I woke up in horrific pain. It was a great deal of fun hobbling like Fred Sanford all the way from Holloway to London Bridge and then down to Crawley, oh yeah. So we watched insane movies all day - The Burbs, Mallrats, and Romy & Michelle's High School Reunion! Man I *love* the dance scene at the end, so bizarre! Anyway, That was Sunday. Monday the ankle was much better so we went to Tilgate Park and tried to feed the duckies but they were pre-bloated from all the bread given them by people who got up earlier than us. Oh well. Saw a lot of cute doggies though! War museum pictures up soon, ooh!

listening to: "wots your code" by codename j

It is a beautiful day here. Stunning blue sky, good coffee, good drum 'n bass kicking the shit out of these sad litle plastic speakers (you can almost see em throbbing), and I got all my spring hand-washing (or is that worshin, robin?) out on the line. It's swinging in the English breeze as we type, right next to the net curtains. Ann Maurice is my god. I am sick.

listening to: "lift off" by angel headed hipsters

I am doing this at work. Since practically no one is here today, all day I've been playing with different software, listening to music and DRINKING BEER. Yes, me and a girl from accounting and a guy from IT broke into the company's Amstel Light stash and cracked a couple open! Ooh, I'm so naughty! I actually found a trial version of Illustrator 9 on the server so I installed it on my desktop. I am totally out of fucking control, huh?

New code to appear here soon. Image maps. Highly evolved for a monkey like me. Oh snap, Willyumzz tells me webmonkey is closing down soon - archive those pages quickly, chilluns!
